I'm back. I think I agree with Rasengan. It is stated that you take shape manipulation to the highest degree or whatever.

But what Sasuke can do is still very impressive, especially considering that he does that like with low effort.

While Naruto usually either needs extra arm, chakra cloak or Bunshin to help him.

Sasuke is still naturally very talented.

Are you kidding me? Did you forget how hard it was to learn rasenshuriken? Rasengan is THE HIGHEST level of chakra manipulation wich takes à normaal person 10 years to master. And Naruto added wind nature to it.

Sasuke manipulated his jutsu shape like a boss effortlessly, with just one hand or his eye throughout Part 2.

Though I agree, RS is probably the best, I deliberately downplay Naruto (hahahahaha!!!! xdxdxd) simply because he needed Bunshins or chakra arms to do that even with Rasengan, before Rikudou power-ups.

But they're still like , his clones , he is still manipulating the shape Lol . Sasuke has good manipulation but I think it's just above average. His Chidori senbon is cool and all but you can do that with water senbon too like Haku . Lightning seems more flashy that's why I think you counted it as a factor ? Kakashi already said that Raikiri was a failed Rasengan. I think Ohnoki too has some pretty good shape manipulation with Jinton shaping into different geometrical sizes and using three elements at once.

Back on topic what sasuke does with lightning jutsu is just like what water users use when making water dragons, or fire users making shaped flames.

Sasuke showed us throughout Part 2 that he is very talented in shape manipulation. Notable jutsus:

1. Chidori spear
- He can shape his chidori into a very long sharp spear.

2. Chidori senbon
- Impressive shaping of chidori into finely sharp needles.

3. Enton manipulation
- He can shape Enton into blade and arrow.

Who has shown better shape manipulation than him, pre Rikudou power-ups.

Naruto while good at his Rasengan and its variation, still needed Bunshins or chakra arms to be able to shape them well. Still not as impressive as what Sasuke did though IMO.

Naruto is the most skilled in Shape manipulation. Kakashi explains that chidori uses both natural transformation (physically recompose) and shape manipulation (spatial recompose)

. If base Rasengan is like that then what about Oodama rasengan? Chou Rasengan? RasenShuriken which makes millions of tiny blades that attack on a cellular level? And the other Rasengans he's shown? If the base Rasengan is already at such a level then this higher level Rasengan's which are larger forms and uses more chakra control would be far higher level in shape manipulation and chakra control than what we seen from Sasuke.

Rasengan is an A rank jutsu, 100% shape manipulation while Chidori itself is half natural and half shape manipulation, both jutsus variations would further increase what they need but Rasengan being solely shape Manipulation puts it on top

Rasangan is nothing but 'violently spinning compressed chakra'. Unless Physical recompsition is not added, any technique cannot have a proper defined strength and shape. Which is why FRS amounts to proper shape Manupulation, not Rasangan alone.

Therefore, in front of an incomplete technique, Chidori alone is more advanced. Add further variants to it, and Sasuke's Chidori variants utterly trash Rasangan.

Sasuke managed to tame actual lightning and even change its shape into a dragon. This is far above rasengan.
