Sasuke is great in shape manipulation. His Raiton techs and Enton manipulation speak for themselves.

Now these images does not prove that Naruto is good at skill shape manipulation however, it does prove that he can do Rasengan or Bijuudamas without needing clones. And also, these scans only also shows him making bijuusdamas but I personally think that Rasengan and Bijuudamas work the same way. I do agree that Sasuke is superior at skill shape manipulation. Although let's not forget that trying to shape manipulate Rasengan is different than manipulating chidori since it has to keep its circular motion constantly to work properly. Only the juubi was able to make lasers out of Bijuu dama.

Are you guys denying manga facts by kishi himself.....the rasengan is the highest form of shape manipulation, currently without rikuduo power up or BM naruto can do the rasengan with a hand....with BM he did two rasenshuriken which is even more complex in both arm......then he formulated and used are more comples jutsu than the later on spot (lava FRS )....
Next is hashirama...i mean the guy carves faces with chakra, all his tech are humanoid...and dragonlike....no one has showed such complex shaped
the shapes created by sasuke are pretty easy, a spear, a sword, an arrow, if you notice they are all susanoo weapons

Talking about chidori senbon....can you remember what the blade of the rasenshuriken contains....; microscopic needle that destroy chakra pathways in cell...he created millions of needle in those blades ....and still combined it with the rotationary motion of the rasengan
Still a proof that he was able to make bijuudamas without clones. Naruto used clones not because he needed it, but he is used to do it that way and also it was also easier for him that way since he was making a Oodama Rasenshuriken (10x bigger than normal rasenshuriken).

I don't think he creates those "needles" voluntarily. Probably it just comes naturally with Rasenshuriken. We need to remember the property of Fuuton, a nature manipulation that cuts.
I think it was never stated to be in "millions", that's a bit too much.
Without clones but still assisted by Kurama's chakra cloak.
Because he just used to it and not need it? What's the proof?

No, it's not. Kakashi invented the chidori, he knows very well that Rasengan is far greater than chidori in shape manipulation. It's the highest form.
Also, BM is also shape Manipulation.
Even Sasuke know's he isn't as good as Naruto.
