Ace convinces WB to save Luffy. Strawhats do their best to get there. No Impel Down escapees means that WB Pirates lose, Buggy doesn't become a Schichibuki and neither does BB since Luffy's bounty wasn't anywhere near high enough at the time. Finally Luffy, Garp and Ace all die fighting the Admirals. Shinjoku has a slight change of heart and Akainu kills him becoming head admiral anyway. Akainu begins an aggressive war against pirates and the Strawhats either die or return to normal, non pirate lives

dragon isnt doing a lick of shit to anyone, 2 years ago or 3 years ago.
if he could have invaded and taken marejoa he would have.
and if he cared about luffy he would have gone to see him by now and introduced himself.
everyone heard about marineford and ace's death yet dragons not like "omg my son might fukin DIE of grief. i love him so much!".
dragon's own men and top officers got captured and thrown in impel down and he did nothing. meaning you could kill his son and dragon would barely look sternly at you, if that.
shanks isnt coming. like i said, he doesnt care enough. he knows luffy chose his own path and had his own adventure. if its ending soon, thats sad but unavoidable.
like i said, theres been so many times where shanks could have gone to see/save luffy but didnt.
why would this be the moment he gets off his ass and does something?
he went to MF, not for ace, but because he had to stop the war.
WB will not send an army after someone who isnt even in his crew.
maybe ace will bring along a few allied captains like oars jr though.
if they could have shown up to marejora they would have already, and knocked the head off the snake.
garp made his decision. job > blood. he was ready to see ace die by the sword, but freaked out when he got murdered by akainu ruthlessly.
and stop saying shanks lol. im sure shanks respected luffy but hes not going to march off and get half his crew killed for him.
he accepted long ago luffy might end up dead in a ditch somewhere, and that that was the path he chose.

dragon and sabo are too far away and too weak to make the journey without being sunk/harassed the whole fukin way.

I don't think the Revs would have came out.
Dragon didn't come out for Ace, so I don't think he would for Luffy. He must definitely know they were related since he had Sabo with them, and Sabo had to at least ask if he can go, but Dragon said no (or at least I'm guessing, that's the only way I can see Dragon not doing anything). Dragon doesn't seem like the type to deny saving his sons brother just because he's not his biological son...
Shanks, I'm not sure if he'd have come. But he probably would have. I say maybe not because why didn't he show up for Ace?MY best guess is simply because they couldn't get their in time.
So I'm just theorizing everything, but that's how I see it... I don't think Ace would've gotten the same support Luffy had. Ivankov probably would've come if he heard he was saving Luffy, Dragons son, but he probably would've killed Buggy or left him behind because he didn't know him... same with Mr. 3. Not sure if he'd have bought Crocodile, and Crocodile was definitely a big asset to Luffys army.

When Ace wanted to go after BB he said I don't want to go, and I don't want you to go. But Ace went anyway. So that scenario would play out the same.
I doubt Dragon would come, would he risk his entire operation to save Luffy ?

Also Shanks was held up because Kaido wanted to go sneak up on WB after the war had weakened him.
In your scenario WB don't come so Shanks should arrive on time just fine.
