Well if you put sasuke by the lvl of the newest chapters in manga thank he is op and he can win but itachi would have been released from the edo tensei by tobirama so the only one to survive would be sasuke

Totsuka has been used to cut large snake heads and two immobile targets. Someone as fast as Tobirama will be a challenge for Itachi.

No, Tobirama is being overrated here.

-Fodder Edos aren't evading Enton Magatama any better than White Zetsu clones could, especially since Tobirama's Edo is weaker than Orochimaru's Edo (Pre Hashirama's cells)

-As seen with Nagato, once Edos are on fire, they are left in a dead regenerative state, so they can't initiate Gojo unless Tobirama manually does it, which will lead to him getting caught in the blast.
