A lot will say Kaido because he's a Yonko and has the strongest Zoan or something like that I forget if it is or not but I know people say that a lot. Anyway imo it's Chopper. He's the only shown user who has figured how to surpass the 3 form limit. He may not be the strongest Zoan or even the strongest Zoan user but he's pretty much the best Zoan user. Agree or disagree. If Disagree who is your choice.

Honerable Mentions Marco because his Zoan is crazy op and Kaido because of hype.

Marco. He can control different parts of his body and turn them into that of a Phoenix without having to go full on Phoenix mode. Chopper can't do that and neither could Rob Lucci if i remember correctly.

Nice point. Although he is definitely not the strongest. Out of confirmed Zoan users the strongest imo is Sengoku, extremely underestimated.

Chopper has shown the best use of his zoan DF but do you expect, he's been in the crew for years. The following Zoan users are the "strongest":

1. Kaido
2. Marco
3. Sengoku
4. Kong (Yeah it's not confirmed that he's a DF user or not but I wish he was. Perhaps a Gorilla Zoan as a reference to King Kong?) If he does have a zoan then I'll place him tied with Kaido.

Colest zoan will be Marco's and I think that it will be unsurprised even in future.
Strongest will most probably be Kaido's, because he is so hyped and he has a title "Strongest creature in the world", which say that he is strongest.

Marco simply has one of the most flexible and advantageous Zoans
Chopper has developed his further than almost all zoans, training it and even making new forms for it
Lucci for training with his so hard and taking advantage of everything it offers, for power, speed and all that

Out of all the ones we've seen I'd go with Marco's. The Phoenix DF seems pretty op to me regenerate,fire,and flight all in one fruit.
