he's greatly improved from the wind arc shown by his ability to hold off fast and powerful people like deva path with base taijutsu, able to use an army of clones using rasengan variants, able to use chou oodama rasengan and is able to use oodama rasenshuriken.

If a naruto 300+ chapters ago had the skills, speed, reactions necessary to tag 3-mask kakuzu with an incomplete rasenshuriken, I'm sure current naruto could do it against a 5 mask kakuzu.

Plus summons aren't restricted either, so he could use the gamatrio or even ma and pa to win.

And technically, naruto has access to kurama's full chakra reserves while he's in base so it's kind of a stomp when kurama can keep giving naruto tiny amounts of his chakra in order for naruto to do things like

Only, Naruto wasnt in his base form when he did that, I already explained that it in my post. Current base Naruto is featless, although its completely possible that he would be able to beat Kakuzu.

Kakuzu starts with all his hearts ?
kakuzu wins this, even naruto has more chakra and can throw rasenshurikans, kakuzu has a counter( large-scale katon will eat fuuton rasenshurikan)

Naruto will make 1000 clones, but they will be all destroyed by the hearts and their high level elemental ninjutsus.
Doton domu is also a very good defense naruto won't break this.

Naruto has his summons but i don't know if he will be able to kill kakuzu 5 times before the summoning time is up.
Don't forget kakuzus special ability, which allows him to tie even large objects ( big shoji)

And without intel it would be even harder for naruto to figure out kakuzus ability.
50 meters also gives kakuzu the advantage due to large distance ninjutsus.
