But Sasuke tried to do that in the manga....

He ended up getting a Katon to the face.

Scenario 2 madara wins easily due to limbo.

it is simply speculation to say madara can use ps without eyes. that is an ems users full power, how the hell can one access it without doujutsu? what he showed was a v3 and that is far cry from ps. same with hashis buddha, people are saying madara wins with stuff he didnt show in his blind state. not saying he didnt have buddha(i doubt) but you cant just say he wins with it when he canonically never used it. his fire jutsu is tanked with soosano and his speed didnt bother sasuke. feat wise he is not beating sasuke here. the latter has ps in his arsenal and that is enough to wreck madara and his v3.and if he doesnt have hashis sm(op didnt specify), then he is easily raped. sasuke takes scenario 1

Madara can't use limbo without his eyes

I thought he has eyes in scanario 2. Madara caught him off guard by allowing sasuke to stab him and giving dialogue. If that happens again, sasuke will use kagutsuchi or susanoo to block as madara used his ash technique mainly to escape.

Wouldn't make sense for Zetsu to have it and Madara not to, even if Yamato made the difference, Madara still has the superior Mokuton and sage mode.

Wouldn't matter anyway, PS stalemated with weaker things than Shinsusenju, and plus Sasuke's featless Susano'o is tiny. It's not needed.
