Well we already saw the first fight with Sasuke even attacking Madara off guard yet get severely trolled .

Second scenario Madara obliterates . He hasn't shown any regular sealing techniques yet , though :

SCENARIO 1: Blind Madara wins this

--He has shown to be able to use susanoo without any eyes, as he should be able to possibly use even PS which he can maintain it longer than sasuke, and is boosted by SM,

--After recieving Hashiramas SM, he had the reflexes to react to something as fast as FTG,, meaning that he can sense the oncmoming Amaterasu and comfrotably evade it

--He can use all the mokuton based attacks and now that they are amplified with SM,

--Now that he has Hashiramas SM,, he could possibly use SS which would pulverise sasukes PS here, as sasukes PS is not withstanding chojo kobetsus,

--mokuton hotei, hobi, and flower tree world ensure madaras victory

--this battle already happened in canon, Sasuke doesnt stand a chance

By feats Madara gets raped in scenario 1, if you believe he can use Shinsuusenju, then he rapes in Scenario 1. Scenario 2 is a loss for Sasuke and Itachi either way.

1). He showed to use Susanoo at a blind state. Seeing as how Itachi in a blind state was able to use his full Susanoo, Madara can achieve PS as well. It makes sense because Susanoo comes from the Chakra after the eyes have been awakened. With his perfect Susanoo, he can destroy Sasuke in one slash.

2). Any Rinnegan technique murders Sasuke to a horrible death.​

He does. He already showed that feat via spiral zetsu. It was so weak and small because of Spiral zetsu low-level Mokuton.

Unfortunately for you, Madara is revived with his real eyes.

So he doesn't have double EMS, that was used for inzanagi.

So all he has is regular leg Susanoo and rikudou Justus excluding his unique ability limbo.

No. If he no longer maintained his EMS, only one Rinnegan would be awakened. Therefore, you're incorrect. His right eye have either regenerated due to EMS's eternal light, or Hashirama's cells. Even so, he can use PS at blind state, just as Itachi did.​

Meaning his eyes went through 3 tomoe-> ms-> rinnegan transformation.

Madara's left EMS eye was the one old Madara had in the cave when he met Obito.

If Madara still had PS, he wouldn't of been smacked around with his regular (legged) Susanoo.

That's not factual, it's just a theory.

If EMS prevents deterioration, that means there will be no blindness in the first place.

Like spamming ms techniques and using Susanoo.

Inzanagi makes you go blind permanetly, that's what happened to Madara's one EMS.

Senju DNA doesn't regain it or Obito would of gotten his spare eye back from the fight with konan.

So all of these rejuvenation of the eyes are just theories.

For the PS part, its not like he had time to stabilize his chakra.

Against the kages he didn't have time to regenerate either, but he still did it anyways.

Unless you change the OP to Madara having Perfect Susanoo, blind sm Madara does not canonily have PS.
