Is Sasuke's rinnegan useless?

Why sasuke's rinnegan can't use and of the so6p paths like deva ashura etc like madara was using even after having only one rinnegan !! is it an advanced sharingan or if it is a rinnegan then why he can't use paths?

You must be crazy to ask such a question. The only reason why Naruto and Sasuke were even able to land a hit on Madara was because of Sasuke's Rinnegan. Sasuke was the perfect counter for him.

Nagato's Rinnegan was Madara's....and i'm pretty sure all Rinnegans come with the six paths jutsu's

Limbo and Sasuke's S/T are probably the only things that's exclusive to them.

Well, the reason he can't seems very reasonable to me.

One - Sasuske has never seen any of the Six Paths Techniques used in front of him. I believe the only Rinnegan user he met was Obito and Madara, and I can't recall either of them actually using any technique in front of Sasuke. For that reason, I don't think he even knows about them.

Two - Sasuke isn't aware that he is capable of doing them. Similar to how Naruto had no idea that he could fly

Three - Naruto doesn't recognize Sasuke's eye as a Rinnegan because it doesn't match the one he saw on Nagato, so he couldn't tell. Even if he did, Naruto would most likely be too dumb to recognize it. Same for Kakashi. He doesn't recognize the eye as a Rinnegan like Nagato's, so he can't tell Sasuke that he can use the technique

Sasuke's Rinnegan probably hasn't fully developed yet. For all we know, Madara's Rinnegan originally looked like Sasuke's, and then evolved into what he has now (in both eyes that is). But Sasuke's rinnegan might also evolve into a different type than Madara's, but Madara did say that they have the same eye tomoe.

That or he just doesn't know, like stated above.
