Do you think it was a bad idea for sakura to be a medic(supporting role)

OT: No Sakura had the potential to be a good main Heroine, it was a bad choice for Kishi to obviously invest less on Sakura compared to Naruto and Sasuke.

i edited post but what i meant that she wasnt strong enough for sasori and wouldve died. sure granny who was probably coming close to 70 couldnt 1v1 sasori, this was sakura's moment to shine and she wasnt strong enough for the challenge. maybe if it was less of sakura nearly dieing i might feel differently

Sakura is only inferior to Naruto and Sasuke for a couple reasons, no nature transformation, no speed feats, no versatility, and lacks range. Fix these problems and Sakura wouldn't lose half of her matches on the base imo.

You do realize sasori is a akatsuki member and one of the stronger ones too right? This was early part 2 sakura. Sakura did shine, she showed us what she was capable as a ninja. She showed us she wasn't the same as part 1 and greatly improved her fighting capabilities

well compared to her other mates. naruto beat kakuzu. sasuke beat deidara. shikamaru beat hidan. all these fights were 1v1. sakura at this time could also be considered stronger then shikamaru. and een though shikamaru wasnt at hidans level he won in his own way.

Na man she is good as a medic nin it suits her and she is doing pretty good she is just weak that's all and she thinks she can reach naruto and sasuke level, she is pretty cocky-but she is following tsunade's footsteps i think that good enough for her she may improve a little bit. But there is no way she can change for me to like her and her personality has not changed too much also. But supporting role nuh uh why does she have to be important would be prefer a character with more meaning than her.
But she is fine the way she is though.
