Yes, but the concept is still the same. He could not react to the teleportation because it was instant, while his Kamui isn't. Sasuke kills him, simple as that.

It is fairly clear that Obito solos the majority of the naruto universe.

Pretty much only people with other space/time techniques can fight him.

There are some exceptions though, konan's explosions would likely still prove a good fight (though with 2 kamui he probably could have teleported fast enough away)

Another exception may be extremely smart people who can plan around his space/time technique in a similar way that konan was or are able to hit him while he is absorbing.

Kakashi can't compete with Obito, don't even think that. Only reason he could before was because of a borrowed sharingan.

Obito right now is so powerful, he has the ability to snipe, and become intangible (that alone couldn't be stopped by two tailed beasts/sage mode Naruto, Kakashi and Guy)

This is not me being a fanboy, it's being realistic. Only ones he'd have trouble with are Sasuke, minato and tobirama because of S/T and FTG (two of them are dead anyway).

If he can't be hit, he can't lose.

Obito would have no difficulty against Susano'o. He can just walk right into it or come up from under it, then use Kamui in long distance while he stays intangible. Obito using both of his Sharingan's can instantly kill his target while remaining impossible to hit at the same time.

I'm honestly not too sure. It is a mirror that is possible to be seen through, and an eye technique such as amaterasu or kamui spawns on the target that it is focused on. This would mean that it potentially doesn't touch the mirror.

It really depends on whether or not kamui/amaterasu is able to spawn on a target past see through material. Also genjutsu don't actually touch the mirror, so it should still effect. But shit ain't no genjutsu going to effect Itachi anyways.

Then again the mirror may be able to detect people with such abilities and be able to change its opaqueness in order to stop techniques that can look past it.

Edit: Also Kamui is a special case, it isn't necessarily something touchable. It rips open a space in the universe, and the ninjutsu is taking place in the eye (or I would assume) and the hole is just the cause of the ninjutsu.
