Look up the definition of "alive" and "dead", then check back to make actual sense. Zombie's aren't living people. Itachi's eye's are in Sasuke's possession, but they're not his actual eyes. Itachi being alive to claim them is a cop out, and makes no sense.

Did it ever occur to you that Edo Itachi is no ordinary dead zombie? Regular zombies can not do the things Itachi does. That is having a conversation, show feelings and above all free will. Sasuke talking to him is proof in my favor.

Oh when did I ever agree with either. I've always stated everyone has barrowed power, if not only for the fact they have chakra from the juubi/kagaya/god tree. Sasuke fans always try to find some salty way of proving that Sasuke>Naruto, so I don't really see why your arguing.
