Why are people saying that naruto has better reflexes than sasuke?

Sasuke has the rinnegan as well as the sharingan which makes you see things in slow motion which> naruto sensing.
The only reason why sasuke couldnt dogde kaguya was because he doesnt have eyes at the back of his head which is sometyhing that naruto kinda have with sagemode since he see's everywhere. So my opinion is that in sensing( around you), naruto > sasuke while in reflexes, sasuke>naruto. The defination of reflexes is reacting involuntarily fast to a stimulus, Naruto had sage mode + he knew the attack was coming so he dodged it(voluntarily) and that was the only reason why because if it was pure reflexes, he wouldnt have been touch by kaguya in the beginning.

It's cause of Naruto's sensing. Because of Naruto's sensing, he simply has a longer timeframe of knowing an attack is coming and then he uses his reflexes to do the rest. Naruto has superb reflexes, probably top 3 in the manga. But it's his sensing skill that makes it seem like Naruto may have better reflexes.

Nope, it doesnt work like that. An example: You walk towards me and try to punch me but i dodge involuntarily, then thats reflex but if i'm expect it and i dodge then thats not reflex

His sagemode and negative sensing are used for sensing like you said and does not affect his reflexes

I doubt that clone is 50% of Naruto's chakra. He said that Sakura had more chakra than that clone.

Clones also uses much chakra. That's why, not all shinobis can perform Shadow Clones.

Are we still discusing this, Narutos sensing ability is not tied to his speed or reflex. What would be the use of sensing if he did not have the speed to counter it. Onece he is able to counter it, then it means that his speed/ reflex is up there.
But that does not matter anyway since both he and Sasuke have the means of countering each others speed.
