GGO is two volumes, just like how Aincrad was two volumes. Mothers Rosario I think will only be 1-2 episodes, considering half the words on there would be said instantly within 24 minutes.
1-2 episodes only? nah.
Mother's Rosario will probably be around 12 episodes.
It has quite some stuff that will take a while.
Asuna vs Absolute Sword
7 man raid party + Kirito and Klein vs Full raid party
7 man raid part vs the 27th floor boss, twice.
Kirito, Asuna and Absolute Sword at school and the other places.... those were actually quite long.
If we're lucky they will animate some fights that were mentioned but were never detailed in the novel like
Kirito vs Absolute Sword for the 1st time
They might animate the entire fight with Kirito and Klein against the raid party since we didn't see Kirito for a while, it would be nice to see the Legendary Sword Excaliber in action.
And.... not to mention I would love for them to also add the floor bosses 28 and 29, since they also fought those.
But what I really wanted to see is the ALFheim Online duel tournament........
That would be awesome because Leifa, Kirito, Asuna, Eugene etc. etc. all competed in it.
Mothers Rosario itself is only one volume. What makes you think that it would go to 12 episodes when Aincrad covered 2 volumes and ended at episode 13?
The anime leaves alot of stuff out, so I'm only saying this by logic. It can be like another arc or something, maybe a special episode, because A-1 has a different way of doing things, just like what they did in Fairy Tail.

Naruto and sailor moon. And sailor moon would not be priority i doubt id have enough free time to keep up with both

Might give others a shot. I might try Akame GA Kill. People hype it a lot here, hope it doesn't suck like Attack on Titan (My opinion, so yeah). Too bad Durarara season 2 is not on the list.
