Ninjutsu is a term referring to any technique that can be done using your own chakra . There are many ninjutsu techniques that exist out there , and this is all the result of the chakra of one person , hence Ninjutsu is also known as "Ninja Techniques" . Unlike genjutsu , ninjutsu's effects are real. There are simple techniques of it like transforming the user or dodging attacks , but there are complicated techniques like manipulating chakra elements etc. Ninjutsu mostly relies on chakra and handseals . Handseals are important because they help to mold chakra differently , this way you can do different Ninjutsu techniques . In the Ninjutsu aspect is also covered the "Shape and Nature manipulatuon" . Nature manipulation is used to change the chakra in an element , while Shape manipulation is used to give form and shape of that chakra .
Very well done. Basically you use ninjutsu to do things you usually couldn't do. Good description. You can manipulate tools like Tenten does, become invisible, sense and trasnfer chakra etc. etc.. Lots of things. Let's get started with the first technique.
First of all, my training method. I post a technique, explain it and then you add some things that I may not have said. So you don't write a wallie on how to perform it, we simply discuss the techniques I post. Okay?
(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Basically a technique where you bring forth needles from your mouth which you spit at the opponent. Nothing more to it really.

The user spits out needless which can impale/stab an enemy , giving you the chance for another effective attack . It's very simple to use and very very quick . But the range though , short range only. So I guess this is only used when your enemy is coming to you with a Taijutsu attack , you can use needless to either distract him or make him go defensive .

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
A tool ninjutsu where you utilize two windmill shuriken where you first throw one and then the other which is hidden by the shadow of the first. Same drill.
A basic technique that can be useful in rare cases . The user throws a windmill shuriken first and then throws the 2nd one hidden in the shadow of the first , I like the idea of this because it's a nice technique for surprise attacks . You can usually use this jutsu when you've trapped your opponent in your mist technique or a dust one . Also the range is very good for this attack . The disadvantage of this technique is that the opponent will quickly try and block the first one , so the 2nd one doesn't have a chance to approach him . And since it's a shuriken , it can deal no great damage .
Oh trust me, a shuriken can be deadly if you hit the right spot.
(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

This is an interesting technique . The advantages are that it can bind a summon . However if the summon is big , it can only slow them down , but still its useful . When you fight an enemy with summons , you are pretty much handicapped , so using this technique is a good option to keep the summons busy . The range is pretty good , also the chakra cost , even though it reduces your chakra by -5 every turn . Disadvantages are that this technique only binds the summoning , it cannot do any damage to them . Also it can be broken by the enemy , he wll obviously try to help his summon . An interesting technique for me.
Next one is kind of complicated.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on

This is basically a technique with which you "scare" the opponent. By expelling your killing intent into the field you are able to scare and confuse your opponent. It all depends on ranks and distance. For example if there is a two rank difference between you and your opponent then the opponent will not be paralyzed or see images of their death, they will only be forced to hesitate in a way. For example it will make them stumble while running/walking, they will mess up a hand seal, lose their grip if they are holding you etc. etc. this is a great technique to mess up the enemy. However, if there is a difference 2 or more ranks between you and the target they will be completely paralyzed and see gruesome images of their deaths. Only in short range can the opponent be completely paralyzed. This can be cast upon multiple enemies but the more you divide the killing intent the weaker it gets. Same drill as the techniques before. I expect creative things and usages.
First it looked like a complicated technique , but I read the description and your post several times , and I finally came into understanding . Sakki , or killing intent is when you focus your whole will into enemy's mind . You will have to make him understand what your intent is , and this will make the enemy's senses get messed up , like getting scared or confused . Even though this helps you a lot to froze an enemy , it has a disadvantage that you need to focus all your mind into the enemy , and you cannot use techniques while using it. The range is sweet , and I'd like to point out how important the ranks are. If the enemy is two ranks lower , he will only get confused and little scared , but still get to move , but when the enemy is two ranks andn lower , he will get paralyzed . This however applies when your enemy is mid/long range , but when he is short ranged , then the rank doesnt matter , he will get paralyzed. For usages , think its best used to make your enemy fear your will , and show him that you are determined to slaughter him. This will make the enemy's will weak , as well as he gets restricted in his moves and/or his senses . This created opening for you during the whole battle , because you will have a depressed enemy.
Not really depressed, more like confused and terrified. You can use this to get out of your opponents grip, make them mess up a hand seal etc. It has a wide range of usages and can be of great help. And in short range, rank still does matter. You can stagger the opponent if he is a rank or two from you and maybe paralyze them for a couple of seconds, but not completely.

This jutsu resembles any Genjutsu technique , which confuses the opponent but it's not the same thing . With this technique the user summons or releases sakura petals . Well this may sound ridiculous but as you said, if you use it in the right time it can be very useful . By manipulating chakra , the user makes the petals to swirl around the opponent and surround them. This way , the foe's sense of sight will get messed up by the petals and you are free to attack from any sides . The only disadvantage this technique has is the range , it's short ranged only . Other than that , low chakra cost and very good as a supplement . To defend from this , best option is to use a wind blast to push the petals away.

A D-ranked technique where you hurl kunai which have pouces attached to them. Upon impact the pouches explode releasing a shower of small explosive notes, then you throw a final kunai with an active explosive not which will ignite the smaller notes as it passes by them creating a large explosion. D-rank but still a lot of punch behind it and this is a perfect example that low ranked techniques can be deadly. Drawbacks, advantages, etc?

Hidden Needles
Reading the description I'm guessing this jutsu won't have much power as it details on its accuracy so aiming it for someones eyes would probably be good. Mainly a diversion tho if aimed anywhere else because of its quick use and since the needles aren't coated with any type of chakra they won't be very penetrative. Acupuncture is also a possibility as you could aim for pressure points or vital points with the needles.
Shadow Shuriken
This jutsu is purely for deceptive purposes. The opponent would block the first shuriken and then get hit by the second one. There pretty big so I'm guessing they would do a decent amount of damage. You could also transform into the second shuriken yourself which is what Naruto did against Zabuza if I recall correctly. Disadvantage is tho the opponent would just metagame and use a wide spread jutsu to deal with it. >_>

Well this would be useful on the smaller summons and slowing down a boss summon with a D-rank is pretty cool. It would remove the advantage the opponent has with the summon and the opponent would have to waste time to get his summon out of the jutsu or he would just send it back. Also I have a question about this: You said it would work only on smaller summons but what if the boss summon itself is really small ? Would that mean it would paralyze it fully ?

They would also not be able to counter with their own killing intent as they would are much lower rank than me. Even if the opponent is just one rank lower I would still be able to use it but with a smaller effect; making them stumble while running, making them jump in surprise. But how would I be able to say the way I want it to effect them as that would controlling their person ? I would also enjoy using this for general rp purposes tbh as whats cooler than making your opponent shit themselves when they first see you. xD

It does give a small window to attack so a jutsu from underground would be best as the opponent would be looking around him and up at the petals. I could also use the time the opponent is distracted to use a summon or an actual genjutsu.

Hmm, its similar to the one that Shikamaru did against Hidan except with this one the explosive tags are falling down around the opponent instead of wrapping him up. It would be best to use this after a genjutsu or even with the jutsu above. But since the explosive tags are coming down in a shower around you he could just use a wind jutsu to blow them back towards me and then ignite the tags with a kunai or katon, effectively turning the jutsu against me.

So this technique is pretty much like other explosive techniques. Firstly you toss a kunai with pouches , and after it explodes , other explosive notes appear. And the final thing is to throw another kunai . So to sum up , it's a long process to get the main virtue of this technique. The enemy can always use a wind technique to push the kunai at you , so your own technique would be your own disadvnatage. But , this is best used when you have a stunned enemy. The explosions would damage him severely.

A basic ninjutsu technique where you can disappear or appear in an instant. This is usually misused. You don't get a burst of speed this is much like the Body stance change technique. You mask yourself with mist, sand or leaves and jump basically, or move to another position.
Hmm, evasive jutsu and you would need to combine it with another jutsu or use your surroundings for it to be effective. It would also be pretty good for sneak attacks as the opponent would be distracted by the diversion: smoke, mist etc and then you could use this to jump at him. I always thought it was a burst of speed xD. How can 4th raikage bios use it with lightning armour to go super fast then ?
Huh the famous Shunshin no jutsu. This technique is so OP so it is banned from fights. Basically the user when he finds himself in a hard time countering an attack , he uses this to disappear and avoid the said technique. This is also used for attacks, for example you can use mist to distract your enemy and appear in an instant near him to attack. Sand and leaves will do the same job, except the sand can actually blind the enemy temporarly.
