Of what we've seen in the latest chapters, she is one of the strongest.

I would rank Choji higher since he unlocked butterfly mode. He kicked ass against the Gede Mazo. I would also put Sakura as 2nd as with her hyakugou seal and summoning puts her ahead of everyone except naruto in terms of strength and destructive power.

Kikaichu are actually really overpowered, the only people I can see overwhelming Shino easy are Naruto and Lee. Naruto has too much chakra so the little bugs can't really do anything to him and Lee with gates is too fast for Shino. Everybody else could easily loose to "Bug Boy".
