wtf is wrong with some custom jutsus?

ok i just cheeked some jutsus on the CJ thread and wtf? futoon/raiton,Doton/Raiton??? i mean when someone is considered to be using 2 elements at once thats a kekkei genkai how the hell can these people submit jutsus like this and then be approved??
seriously =S NB just lost its mind and is searching to create new stuff while they dont exist we made the OP naruto episodes into something totally super mega OP stuff?

If you would give an example, because I can't directly remember if someone made such kinds of jutsu's.

What I do remember is that some people made jutsu's that can be used for example both as Katon and Suiton, but not at the same time. So when they use it, it is or Katon or Suiton.

No, no. It is not a KG

A KG is Two Elements combined into one. Example - Wind and Water gives Ice. A new element is formed.

One the other hand, the jutsus made are, say, Fuuton/Suiton, which means a wind dragon is created and water is added to it, giving a wind and water dragon, not an ice one.

I hope this clears it up.

After this an enourmous quantity of dust will be released on the air for 2 turns. Can only be used once per battle, requires mastery of both lightning and earth elements, does 10 damage to user


ok i get it the lightning goes under ground but what the heck does it have to do with the fact to know doton jutsus that just means its a doton/raiton jutsu =S??

Finally someone has brought this matter up!

I completely agree that some of the customs being submitted are not only overpowered, but they're unfair and unrealistic.

Take for example that Lightning Shadow's Assault (sp?) Armor jutsu. It shouldn't have been approved. Same goes for that Flame On jutsu. -_-

It's getting ridiculous. There needs to be someone who checks the jutsus who is more strict. I'm not trying to call anyone out on this, mods included, but honestly... These jutsus are ruining NarutoBase.

I'm not too sure but people make some multi element jutsus so they can save a turn some times.

I use shadow clone jutsu to make 1 clone

I use fire jutsu

at the same time my clone uses wind jutsu to enhance my fire jutsu

But instead of that you can do

I use this fire/wind jutsu

then use a lightning jutsu

last I use a genjutsu or whatever

from 1 turn used to make one powerful combo to a 3 fold attack with the ability of a multi element jutsu.

He's talking about Darui, one of the Raikage companions at the summit. But as I recall he used them not at the same time, but one after each other. Though he was still using the other jutsu while he made the second.


And I will not say if I would approve/decline them as I'm not an RP mod. With the third jutsu however is nothing wrong, he just shouldn't add that it is also doton as that is irrelevant. The jutsu would do exactly the same without that part.

And as I said the RP mods opinions differ a lot from person to person. I had twice a jutsu declined because it was deemed OP, while another one didn't get why it was declined as it was fairly easy to dodge.

Thing is that we all do mistakes.
I am not responsible of checking custom jutsus, so I don't know what happens there every day.
However, it was brought last week into my attention and i know that some things are off.
This why I added in the editor that everyone must update their custom jutsus threads. Cause Nexus and me will re check everything and we are talking about 40 pages of customs here.

No offense, Kaito, but that is the reason why this thread was made. Only someone overpowered could defend against that. xD
