Smoker dissapoints IMO, makes me wonder why he has such a rank. Then again, vice admirals are not much of a threat nowadays, where Luffy was capable of handling a bunch in the war, so did Zoro and Sanji before that(I think). We have also seen Sabo solo the navy, VA Bastile was there too, all he has left is Fuujitora.

If the navy doesn't step up its game with their VA tier, they might exhaust their admirals.

He has that rank because he's mastered AH, is serving in the New World and leading the most difficult division of marines on the planet.
Also because he's had a winning streak with Luffy and has connections with Aokiji. He lost with Vergo because winning was not his number 1 priority. He wasn't even fighting seriously, so how can you say that he dissapoints?

The only fair loss he's had was with Law... and that was in the very very end of the fight that he got in that 1 hit

And you can't really say that VA's aren't impressive... Bastille is the first and only VA to ever go down that easy, and it was completely fair. He was fighting one of Dragons top commanders whos mastered Dragons techs and just consumed the Mera Mera. He doesn't even have Haki, so there's no shame in him losing.

Yeah I figured it was necessary I ask because in a lot of debates that concern vice admirals people always say 'luffy stomped some in marineford' so I started using that in my debates and was shot down for that hard

The Vice Admirals at the Buster Call of Ennies Lobby were certainly stronger than Bastille. They played major roles in the war whereas Bastille only appeared in like 10 panels.
