I really hope that both Naruto and Sasuke will show us their true power. To be honest currently I'm pretty disappointed in Sasukes 'Rinnegan' and Narutos Rikudō Senjutsu. I want to see more great jutsu!
Maybe that's why Kishimoto is separating them. It's just my opinion, but I think Kaguya will create a clon of her own with 50% of her own powers.

Regarding their current location:

I don't worry about that. Maybe Sasuke can use the same jutsu as Kaguya to travel through dimensions soon or the Hokages Hiraishin no Jutsu will play a role too.

Obito reunited with both of his eyes will be able to go beyond kamui dimension into other dimensions. Theoretically Kamui dimension is the middle of all dimension be cause it is just a vass area of pretty much nothing. Since he didnt have both eyes he isnt powerful enough to fully cross into the other dimensions, just half way into kamui dimension. Just a theory but this could be what unites Naruto and Sasuke. This can be helped to nullify Kaguyas dimension phasing, like how Obito nullified Kakashis kamui.

Thanks, Ive had this theory and similar ones before. I hope kishi doesnt let me down. Still got money on time travelling to occur in the canon storyline. Like how DBZ has future Trunks. Maybe Someone will come back to prevent an event that will send the world into deeper chaos.
