Sakura is slo as shit. She always needs a distraction to land a clean blow. Byakugan > Sakura speed

The hyuga are dedicated to taijutsu they are better than most at it.

Sakura's form is not like theirs in terms of the gentle fist to CES.

Hinata is the better Taijutsu user in terms of skills and form ect..

Sakura and Tsunades taijutsu has always seemed sloppy and messy to me...

they however make up for it with there chakra enhanced strength

Tsunade is not sloppy like Sakura

Actually when tsunade gets angry in battle which she usually does, she tends to fight sloppy. Manga is proof of that.
