Hinata or Sakura

I say hinata as the gentle fist style is legendary but some seem to disagree with me to the extreme. I won't say no names but I know he like cats :|

Who's better in hand to hand combat?

Hinata since she can swing smoother.

Hinata, Sakura puts all her strength behind each punch, making her extremely easy to read

Sakura has power, Hinata has actualy taijutsu skill. Hinata would win hand to hand. Byakugan. Not only that, but Hinata is able to seal chakra points.

Hinata for sure one touch and Sakura's chakra network is gone

Hinata.

Power does not affect skill in taijutsu.
So Sakura's taijutsu is pretty basic but with tons of power behind it.

Hinata is like Bruce Lee while Sakura is like the Hulk.

Bruce Lee is millions of times better in combat, but it doesn't matter when you can obliterate an entire area with a single punch.

Hinata is the better Taijutsu user in terms of skills and form ect..

Sakura and Tsunades taijutsu has always seemed sloppy and messy to me...

they however make up for it with there chakra enhanced strength

Hinata. Jyuuken us a special taijutsu akin to the Hyuga's. It was created to work in tandem with their Kekkei Genkai thus making it extremely accurate and fast.

Sakura's strength of a hundred deals in precise chakra control and release for massive destructive output. Not as fast or as accurate but the trade out is it's devastation.

In the end Hinata wins out in taijutsu mainly because when her attacks hit that short circut your Kintetsu keeping you from performing jutsu. If Sakura's makes contact it just knocks you silly.

I'm going with Hinata.
That's all she's about and she's very close to Neji right now, while its hard to measure Sakura's developed in this department since the 3rd databook came out.

If I recall correctly isn't QCQ hand to hand combat in close quarters?

If sakura were close to an opponent and punched the ground (the punch damge level is estimately 90+ meters in all directions). I would say that person would have better taijustu than, the person having to hit you multiple times to effect you.
