Final Villains don't cry: The case against Kaguya

Kaguya as final villain, I feel, does not make sense. This is because of how late she was introduced in the story. We got a lot of Obito/Madara build up. Plus Orochimaru. Black Zetsu has always been a side character and I frankly don't see that changing now.

IMO this is Kishimoto explaining what Zetsu is/was and how Madara survived. We haven't heard all of Madara's story yet or seen his reconciliation with Hashirama. I think the Edo Hokage got freed because Madara let them free. Madara may be switching sides at best, but he is not dead.

There's no way Kaguya is the final villain. Kishimoto changing this from a ninja manga into Black Zetsu's mommy issues just doesn't fit the manga. I think Kaguya and BZ are gone in 5-10 chapters max.

This hasn't been a ninja manga for a very, very long time.
And besides, if Madara is the same villain after Kaguya's defeat... Why? To gain an unneeded power up? To recast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, a Jutsu he thought would save the world but instead doomed it? To eat the Chakra Fruit which would give him enough power to... Recast Infinite Tsukuyomi? Or would it be to just **** around?
Madara will return, but he is no final villain.

Also, I'm glad Kaguya cried. She actually has emotions which makes her less boring.

He didn't know Madara could use Izanagi to survive until it happened. He's even praised Madara himself. Madara tapped the ground before he landed and he apparently used some jutsu on BZ in the other dimension (check the Obito scan regarding puppet jutsu thoroughly).

You guys are making a dangerous assumption write Madara off this easily

This is actually a good theory. I agree with you that all the changes happened too rapidly and writing Madara off that easily is just ridiculous. The build up for his character was what hundreds of chapters? And now he just died in an instant for the sake of a character with practically no build up (Kaguya).

Madara let the Kage go so that they can distract Kaguya. He needs them to distract Kaguya and Naruto/Sauce to weaken her. Why? So he can absorb their power. Plus it's Madara. He's obsessed with Hashi, so he wants Hashirama to see him kill a god.

Also, the Sage warned Naruto about Madara, not his mum. He told Naruto that Madara is after his mother's power, remember?

That may not surprise me so much. Sauce obviously wants a world different than Naruto. In the end I'd like a somewhat tragic ending. The manga would have more meaning if Naruto had to kill Sauce or if Sasuke actually killed Nardo and became good.
