He didn't say because of "The medical expertise I've gained from studying from Hashirama's cells", he said because of his medical expertise, Hashirama's cells and someone's advice, three separate things. He used to cells he was studying to save Sasuke's life.

I was referring to where sasuke was revived by kabuto using hashi's cells

The cells will give you access to Water and Earth as well. Besides, if it didn't, Sasuke has the Rinnegan, meaning he has access to all 5 elements.

*********** has been wrong before, like in the most recent chapter, and MangaPanda goes stays closer to what was literally said in the Japanese scans. Anyways, do we have a Viz scan, that will clear it up better.

the rinnegan is a fair point however i do not believe that hashi's cells naturally allow someone to immediately use water and earth nature manipulation
