If it can grant access to the nature release of Mokuton, then why not the nature releases of Earth and Water?

Really? I have found at least just as many faults in the Mangapanda version. Anyways, we have two scans stating two different things, so a VIZ scan would be helpful.

Mokuton is a Kekkai Genkai, you need to have it in your blood to use it. (Unless you mean that Hiruzen can use it, and Kakashi.)

"Much-Tinkered" may mean two things though. Either that he tinkered alot with the cells and used that knowledge to heal Sasuke. Or it may mean that he used tinkered and altered cells to save Sasuke's life. Which may be why Sasuke isn't able to use Mokuton.

No. A Kekkai Genkai doesn't have to be to an entire clan, it can be unique to a person as well. Only way to gain Mokuton is to infuse Hashirama's cells, Yamato is an example of this and Obito stated that if you lose control over the Cells of the First Hokage it will erupt in a Mokuton Explosion. That is what happen to Danzo. Mokuton is directly connected to Hashirama's cells/DNA.

No dude. He said with "Medical ninjutsu AND much-tinkered Hashirama cells. He didn't say tinkering with the cells allowed him to save him, but tinkered cells. He used tinkered cells. Syntax of the sentence means, Sasuke has the cells in his body

There have been several users with unique abilities, Kekkai Genkai in them. Such as the people with Explosion Styles, I doubt their entire family tree has it. Hashirama's Kekkai Genkai may be an mutation caused from mixing the DNA of his mother and father, giving him a unique DNA with unique traits such as Mokuton and great healing. This, as with other mutations such as the Rinnegan and Sharingan downgraded over time and in the end they became weaker.

Madara was able to use Moukton after gaining Hashi's cells. It could be possible. Plus, with the Rinnegan he can manipulate and easily master all elements. I guess Sasuke hasn't awakened yet. It's just like Karin finally awakening her Chakra Chains after sh knew Sasuke was dying. All Sasuke need is a little push to awaken Moukton.

Yes, theoretically he can. Sasuke has access to all elements thanks to the rinnegan, and the wood style is a combination of water and earth. I believe it all depends on if Sasuke has some of Hashirama's DNA traits or not.

I doubt it . If Kishi gives more Jutsu to Sasuke it must be something different from Mokuton so I doubt we will see Mokuton from Sasuke .
