Why Sasuke joined Obito - I guess many need a reminder here:
- The deal was a Bijuu in exchange for 8-tails to take revenge on Konoha:

Taka's discussion at the hide-out solidifies this:

You must be registered for see links
This was a mission based on negotiation - he got something for Obito and he would lend him something in return. Not a bad deal. In fact, Sasuke repeatedly stated that they were doing it his way, not Obito's way:

Let's not forget how he attacked Obito in the forest and outright told him that he wasn't his chummy team mate. He's the lease manipulated Uchiha out of the list:
- Itachi - Manipulated easily by Konoha's establishment to murder his entire clan for Nationalism. The worst example of manipulation yet.
- Shishui - committed suicide for Konoha's cause.
- Kagame - Tagged along with a man who segregated his brethren, and manipulated into believing that it was somehow for the good of all.
- Obito - Manipulated by Madara.
- Madara - Manipulated, not by the Tablet, but by Zetsu.
So, how is Sasuke easily manipulated, when he verified the Uchiha massacre story from every person involved, including Danzo? This base just loves to spew unfounded garbage. Sasuke gets things done and he does what's in his best interest. That's the definition of a liberated man.
