Well it's too bad he can't stay in that state forever. All somebody has to do is outlast his Susanoo state and then take him out. Somebody with large chakra reserves could easily outlast him, and then deal the final blow.

Itachi is a legend if he wanted a large chakra reserve he would have found a way to get it he wasnt interested since he could solo anybody minus madara on eye contact.
are you a retard? black zetsu is undetectable even with a senser. madara's sensing ability as a jubiijin is one of the best if not the best but failed to sensed BZ stabbing him.
Doesn't mean it's 100% true, there are ways to beat Susanoo, it's open to attacks from below Susanoo like Gaara's sand, Hashirama wood jutsu, and earth jutsu. There's also jutsus like Kamui, FTG, Sasuke's s/t jutsu, Natuto's chakra arms, the black orbs with yin yang, KA, frog song, Kisame's water dome that can be used as well. There's also the fact that Itachi can't maintain Susanoo up for long due to his illness, him having low stamina and Susanoo side effect that hurts every cell in his body which is worst due to the illness. Using Susanoo would have Itachi cough up blood the longer he uses it.
