He said he didn't know how to get rid of Madara, not whether he should or not

Kaguya being the FV still could have been planned, just not the transition

Edit: Kishi also said that it's time for the show to get is final villain during that time. Maybe he did not know how to defeat Madara for Kaguya's return?

You sure it was around then? Kaguya was first mentioned chapter 646 (The God Tree chapter), that was almost a year ago.

That Madara interview was from 2014 IIRC, but you may be right though.

In the middle set of panels Hashirama notices something on the cliffs and looks up, immediately there is some movement sfx ... meaning someone avoided from being detected by moving away. Now we know that it was BZ.

Not necessarily ... Many authors doesn't often doesnt tell the real details to create a shock effect.

Kaguya's name and actual appearance was mention in 670. When Hagoromo was talking to Naruto


Before that in the "God Tree" chapter, she was nameless. She also seemed to be portrayed as a benevolent figure.

It's almost contradictory.

She was introduced as having shared chakra with the world and now the sole purpose for villainous deeds is to get back the chakra she gave.

That doesn't sound very well planned
