It's not. It's true. The only one who ever made a change from the sannin in that list is sasuke, seeing how he wants to change the world and stuff.

I think he meant as in fighting wise. Sauske and Naruto have completely different ways of fighting than Oro and J-man unlike Sakura who uses the exact same method of fighting as Tsunade. Watered down my back foot.

Yeah, this topi is iffy, I won't say she surpassed her because I'm not convinced she is done developing. Though she is on her level with better chakra control.
