Now that Kishi pulled one out his a** and made Kaguya the FV, who was best fit to be final villain considering all the impact on the story and depth. My 5 picks would be.
1. Obito: He was the one who carried out the whole IT plan and started the story, his relations to the main characters signify why he would have been a reasonable FV, especially with Naruto. His mystery with him being behind the Akatsuki all along and his story after the reveal made him an Anti-Hero that Naruto could relate to which would have made an interesting final fight. He was the one who started the shinobi world war and didnt even plan on madara coming back if it wasnt for kabuto.
2. Sasuke: He was there from the beginning of the show and was Naruto's rival and close friend, he caused alot of trouble throughout the manga and his character is one of the best written in the show.
3. Pain (Before TNJ): He was juste pure badass and the six paths got sh*t done, he destroyed konoha and killed so many characters if it wasnt for the tnj and Rinne Tensei.
4. Madara: He was the big bad behind the scenes all along and went he came back to life he was just tiers above everyone in the manga and had everything planned out... until he got betrayed by BZ.
5. Kabuto/Orochimaru: Snakes that both were lowkey a very severe threats with all the research they have done and have both been there since part one.
