• The symbol she has showcased on her back can be spotted in significant places.
• Naruto didn't learn of his origins until later in his life. (It was forbidden to talk about in a sense). Could Sakura's development be similar.

We know about her back-story. Her parents are alive and she still lives with them. In non-canon movies/spin-offs her parents have been shown multiple times. Her father and mother where both ninjas but didn't make it past genin.
