Hashirama is really different for Ashura's transmigration.

Hashirama is a little too different imo for being Ashura's reincarnation.

Here it stated that Indra and Ashura destroyed each other's bodies, "Even though their bodies were destroyed..." That was what Naruto blabbed to Sasuke, they'd die together; Naruto trying to redeem Sasuke like Ashura to Indra before.

I know that Hashirama has more common sense but, doesn't that seem a little too different for Ashura and his reincarnation's optimism. I know that they don't have to follow it, but he firmly believed that he killed Madara, and was strong enough to do it and not die too and would willingly kill other's who were/are threats to the village.

Might be a pointless thread... but, whatever. Your thoughts?

That's what I mean too, he's never really needed help and always bested the "excellent Indra" even being the "no good Ashura", to me that just doesn't fit.. I also agree it fits his character just not being Ashura's transmigration.

Well, IMO, it's ok because he had Ashura's chakra, not soul, so they don't need to have similar personality.

i dont think so bcause hashirama has the exact same optimistic personality. look ho happy he was to see madara again, even tho the are enemies. hashirama probly made up his mind to kill him after countless times of trying to change him, everyone has a limit. im sure is sasuke killed anyone close to naruto, naruto would probly do the same.

Yeah I agree.

I know he doesn't have the soul, I also said that I know that they don't have to be the same. They do have really similar personalities from what we've seen.

I agree. Hashirama was always stronger than madara(even as kids) and on top of that, he uses mokuton. Naruto/ashura have similar looking techs(avatar, truth seeking balls etc), whereas Hashirama's fighting style is different.

Yeah, I get your point. I didn't say they don't have similar personalities, I just said it's not necessary.

ashura had not the power to kill indra ( or did they fought for fn -_- )
naruto has not the brain and the balls to kill sasuke
hashi had the power enough common sense and the balls to kill maddy

Ashura doesn't really look as free going as Naruto or Hashirama

I know, this kind of contradicts Hashirama being the "No good Ashura". Doesn't it? He was always above Madara in terms of skill and power.

You have a valid point, though Hagoromo said Naruto really reminded him of Ashura.

I don't think reincarnation was meant to be too literal
It probably means that hashi was the only senju to get as powerful as ashura
Naruto is only as powerful as ashura because of kurama any uzumaki might be able to do that if they tamed kurama
Getting narutos DNA won't make you awaken a rinnegan
hashi probably awakened the bodily chakra that ashura did

Probably the ideals part, but on the other hand Hashirama also looked very serious the 1st time we saw him

Perhaps, though Naruto has Ashura's "Lingering chakra" in him, like Sasuke has Ashura's. This is how Madara awakened the Rinnegan in the first place. Hagoromo stated that Indra + Ashura = Him. Hashirama had Ashura's chakra and Madara Indra's and combined they made his.

Naruto said "were both gonna die" people bringing this up as
Last fight scenario arent paying attention to the manga
If you havent noticed that both naruto and sasuke has died yet i suggest you reread the last 50 chapters
Hashirama wanted madara to stay alive
But madara wanted something completely different
Like previous ashura and indra who also wanted different things.
Naruto and sasukes fate still is unclear, as of this moment they want each other alive
But after kaguya, who knows?

That contradicts Ashura being "No good". Hashirama was never hopeless and always stronger than Madara. Idk.

I'm not bringing it up as the last fight scenario. Naruto also said that if they both fought each other, not someone else. It's just how Indra and Ashura destroyed each other's bodies when they fought.
