Begining zoro was low commodore level, he can match with current tashigi, not smoker since he does not have logia or any df, logia or any df makes certain ranks irelevant, remember kizaru was captain at one point.
Zoro takes a leap at alabasta with cutting steal and learns a few long distance attacks making him a better fighter, but only goes at leats high commodore lvl.
his final leap pts is cp9 wich leaps him to at least low rear admiral, since drake of the supernovas had this rank before he retired from marines and seems to match similar against a pasifista.
Begining Sanji would probably lose to don krieg making him fairly weak, at this point zoro is clearly supperior.
alabasta his skill leaps for some reason, i belive its because in begining he didint fight seariously to often and wasent use to it, but beating mr 2 was a pretty amazing feet for him since hes only one rank below mr 1 wo zoro beat extremly high diff, but he would still lose to zoro aand makes no improvemeent in skypia.
Final sanji pts
cp9 sanji learns new new moves and has his biggest leap in skill making him rank just bellow zoro or maybe even equal.
Beggining luffy was pretty weak,taking buggy high/mid diff and captain kuro high diff.but his skill with his df bosted him up, with physical strenght equal to ace in alabasta, luffy gradualy grows stronger with each enemy using his devil fruit to desive and confuse his enemies, luffy had NO KEY POINTS OF GROWTH until cp9 were he learned his gears, i belive this luffy could be considered low vice admiral for having defeated rob lucci, and thats minimum.
luffy has never lost the same battle twice, he learned gear second after he had fough aokiji, wich means it was in preperation to beat someone as strong as him and this was only in a few days of training.
Acter the 2 years all these characters took giant leeps,
sanji added techinque to his high strenght and haki wich makes him great to 1 v 1 any opponent, i belive he is the weakest among these 3.
Luffy learned armament/observation and kings haki wich bosted him up pretty high along with mastering his gears and incresed phisical strenght.
Zoro's training is mostly unckown but has some sort of haki and improved greatly in all attributes (not directions)
FINAL VERDICT: all 3 of these can 1 shot a pasifista, no diff.
Luffy: is lost his brother, and couldent protect his nakama he would not feel satisfied unless he could 1 v 1 an admiral, i dont belive he ever had a good reason to go all out in new world. at least LOW MID ADMIRAL
Zoro: Was humiliated by kuma, and has always been in par with luffy so while theres not much info i place him in same ranking as luffy.
Sanji:He clearly learned from eve,so unless he suprased it, hes about Low/mid VICE ADMIRAL or if surpased high.
Luffy did get punched by doffy but it was a supprise attack and luffy was nearly unharmed by it.
