It's these sort of people that I believe understand him the least, simply because they take everything Itachi says as gospel, when he made several misconceptions about Sasuke and a number of other things.
They say Sasuke was gullible to Itachi with his goal for revenge when none of them realized Itachi's deception. When Sasuke decided to not kill Naruto to strengthen himself. When he decided to not kill people for Orochimaru and when he decided to destroy Konoha rather than following Itachi's wish to protect it.
They say he was manipulated by the curse mark's power and Orochimaru's promise for power. However, Sasuke hated Orochimaru, his actions and ideals, disobeyed him, talked back to him and finally fought, killed and subjugated him for more power.
They say Tobi succeeded in manipulating him through the revelation about Itachi and the massacre, yet I wouldn't call insanity manipulation. Furthermore, Sasuke stated they were simply using Akatsuki for more power and wished to return to Konoha rather than continuing to help them. Naruto was also able to reach out to him and convince him focus on him first rather than Konoha. After he obtained Itachi's eyes, rather than staying put and obeying Tobi, he destroyed the hideout and killed White Zetsu.
Now they say he was manipulated by Itachi again. Wishing to protect the village and the world rather than exacting revenge. However, he is putting himself above his teammates, wishes to destroy the bijuus and become Hokage in an unelaborated way and is continually antagonizing team 7 to which it is likely a foreshadowing and setup for he and Naruto's final battle.
I'd say about the only thing capable of completely manipulating him is his sharingan, like just about every other Uchiha. However, now he knows the truth about the Sharigan's development.
What do you think? Is sasuke easily manipulated, in between or no?
