KCM Naruto is faster than current Sasuke

As of last couple of chapters Sasuke is officially faster. You people forget that his speed was highlighted since he first was shown in part 2. Kishimoto kind of let his speed be secondary to EMS and Amaterasu but now is shown that it's on a completely new lever from all others....

8 gate gai is up there in speed tier so your point is moot.

your kakashi and minato points fail so hard as blizing madaras jutsu is not the same as blizing the guy himself.
