KCM Naruto is faster than current Sasuke

I don't really call the technique where Naruto looks like a beam of light and moves at high speed foot speed. (especially since his feet don't touch the ground). Also, looking at normal footspeed Naruto running was still outpaced by Ay.

I thought we had long since determined telelporting isn't the same as being fleet footed. Le Sigh. As no one that can instant port from place to place do so ever moment of a fight, it doesn't = foot speed. While we are at it reaction isnt the same either.

OT: Yes, Naruto is still the fastest. In the time it took a Mandy-ball-O-doom to be fired at Guy, Naruto found them out, cover that distance and intercepted...in the matter of seconds from coming to. That to me says fastest ninja in existence.

KCM and BM are one of the fastest modes in the series.

The only problem is:

Naruto can't go full speed and know what he's doing (or where he's going).

The only time he went full speed was to deflect those TBB's and dodge Ay.

I think BSM circumvents this issue though as his reflexes and sensing are heightened.

Gai blitzed Madara

Kakashi Kumai blitz Madara

Minato blitzed Madara's Gudodamas

And even Obito was able to beat Madara in intangible speed (while being near death)

Madara's all power and more or less speed.
