Wrong, Itachi said that no one can break Tsukiyomi... then Sasuke broke it, whom isn't an MS user, invalidating Itachi's boast.
Even before that, Kakashi resisted Tsukiyomi.
Byakugan can "see through" genjutsus too, as Hinata showed.
You're also making a wild and vastly incorrect assumption that genjutsus are auto-wins.
Which is why Genjutsu experts, despite knowing that they were under Genjutsu couldn't break it? Seeing through Sharingan Genjutsu means nothing when the manga has established it that one needs another person to break it.

Nothing of the sort was actually established. In fact, Danzo broke the first genjutsu Sasuke put him under, and the first one Sasuke put on Deidara didn't work either.
Orochimaru and Chee, both Genjutsu specialists.
Right, the guy with several Sharingans in his arm and another one in his socket. Sasuke's Genjutsu is also of short duration, which didn't help either.

1. Orochimaru resisted the genjutsu and was about to break it.
Being a genjutsu master does not relate to breaking genjutsu, only casting it.
2. And Sasuke couldn't break Shii's genjutsu.
3. The Sharingans on Danzo's arms couldn't see.
4. Shisui's eye couldn't be used until after Danzo lost his Sharingarm.

Orochimaru got defeated on his own turf by Sasuke and there is nothing to suggest that Itachi broke the Genjutsu, as it was a paralysis type. He took his arm and he ran away. Nothing suggests Orochimaru broke it.
Chee? Sasuke saw right through it, and even told Juugo that it was just a visual illusion. Chee even stated "well done Sharingan".
They could. Which is why they worked for the Doujutsu Izanagi. One can even see them moving to dispel the Genjutsu.
Only his MS goes into the recharge mode.

the byakugan is at least equal to base sharingan.
jyuuken is byakugan exclusive.
genjutu is not exclusive to sharingan, nor does the 3 tomoe eye grant more illusory potency, only convenience & defense against opposing genjuts.

So basically this means that the person under it just has to stop and disrupt their chakra flow like when Kabuto used that sleeping genjustu and kakashi released it by disrupting his chakra its not the point that the byakugan has a power to block genjutsu
its that its lets you sense it better and gives you great chakra control thats gives you a good chance at stopping it

Kaguya is the Great grandmother of The Senju,Uchiha,Uzumaki and Hyuga and poses all their powers sines they all came from Her in the First Place.
Kakashi was unable to break Tsukoyomi
Orochimaro was unable to break genjutsu casted by sasuke
Both these genius ninjas were unable to break genjutsu despite the fact that both knew they were under genjutsu
