Which is why Genjutsu experts, despite knowing that they were under Genjutsu couldn't break it? Seeing through Sharingan Genjutsu means nothing when the manga has established it that one needs another person to break it.

Nothing of the sort was actually established. In fact, Danzo broke the first genjutsu Sasuke put him under, and the first one Sasuke put on Deidara didn't work either.

Orochimaru got defeated on his own turf by Sasuke and there is nothing to suggest that Itachi broke the Genjutsu, as it was a paralysis type. He took his arm and he ran away. Nothing suggests Orochimaru broke it.

Chee? Sasuke saw right through it, and even told Juugo that it was just a visual illusion. Chee even stated "well done Sharingan".

So basically this means that the person under it just has to stop and disrupt their chakra flow like when Kabuto used that sleeping genjustu and kakashi released it by disrupting his chakra its not the point that the byakugan has a power to block genjutsu
its that its lets you sense it better and gives you great chakra control thats gives you a good chance at stopping it
