Nagato has no special durability feats, so he could just do what he did to Juubidara, and teleport his sword to Nagato's heart.

Jeez, I'm a hardcore nagato fanboy but how can he beat current Sasuke? Sasuke has legitimate speedblitz feats, unlike Naruto Sasuke doesn't hold back when he fights. Sasuke can just cut Nagato in half like he did to madara. Susanoo isn't required (even though I agree Nagato can absorb susanoo with preta path, so its basically useless)

Sasuke uses his S/T , Shinra tensei to the face. Remember, Deva path had 5 sec coldown on Shinra tensei, this is prime Nagato. There is a possibility that he doesn't have to wait 5 sec. Sasuke tries to speed blitz > Shinra tensei to the face. Nagato wins med diff at most.
