Wearing his classic black armor, Leonardo stood across his opponent, with a killing intent in his eyes. Both of them, respected members of their respective villages were here today to fight for their own personal gain. One to defend, while other to seize and make it his own - The Spirit Reaper.

I find it funny, ya know...I feel as if we've fought for this sword before. This feeling...standing face to face against you...its like a Deja-Vu.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation

's soulless white eyes were stared into the man's visor. As the man spoke, Broly didn't move. He didn't make a sound. All that was there as it came to Broly, was that stare. A look full of anger, of hate. A scowl was eternally etched into his face. Broly looked as if he was disgusted to even be in the man's presence. A man weaker than he. A man who did not deserve to have the sword he wore at his side.

Although he didn't speak, what he did spoke for him. Because soon a portal of deep black Keigoku generated a few feet in front of his chest. Immediately after this Broly extends his right hand towards his opponente and fires off about 10 shots of lightning in very quick succession. The first 5 go towards your body, from your head to your feet, the next 5 are aimed to surround you on all sides. All of the lightning spheres come out extremely quickly and carry Keigoku within them and as soon as all of them are out they convergere on you.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion

Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.


(Raiton: Kakusan Yūdō Kikoha) Lightning Release: Super Scatter Shot

Finally, the user causes them to rapidly spin around the opponent and inevitably rain down on them, filling the sky with a blinding light and inflicting a massive amount of damage.

He could sense it. It wasn't anything like normal chakra. Even with his "not-so-developed" sensing, he clearly understood that the portal contained something very dark, something very sinister. He had to make sure that he defended properly against the portal and its jutsus.

In no time, Leo saw his opponent releasing lightening spheres through the portal. The spheres surrounded him from every side from the front, leaving him with few viable counters. As the spheres flew towards him, Leo took out 2 flashbombs and the moment the spheres converged, Leo dropped the bombs, emanating bright flash light, that would blind his opponent, or anyone facing Leo, as he himself launches himself up, releasing a burst of chakra from his feet, and thus taking him upwards to dodge the incoming spheres. He times his move perfectly, so that he can move up just in time to avoid the converging spheres.

The opponent would be clueless, as to what exactly happened. He would've only seen Leo taking out flashbombs, and then, will hear the spheres colliding against each other.

The moment he is launched up, taking advantage of the opponent's confusion, Leo releases 4 blades of near invisible wind, extremely sharp and potent, towards the opponent, with a single swing of his hand. 2 blades pass through his either sides, one goes above his head, while the last one enters the portal, mixes with the keigoku, and pierces his chest. The blades passing through his sides will be able to deliver minor cuts to his body.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

It wont matter because I'm not letting it happen, but your techniques cant, and won't, ever mix with the Keigoku in the portal.

As the man drops the flashbomb Broly is blinded, but he still knows exactly where his opponent is due to his sensing.

Oh if it were only that simple.

As his opponent begins to goes upward in order to avoid the lightning, Broly simply makes three handseals (this is done before the wind blade). The portals are everywhere, in front of his chest, directly behind the middle of his spine, directly over his head, under his feet, to the right of his right hip, in front of his knees, to the right of his right arm, a foot to the left of his left arm. All less than a foot away from his body and about 2 feet in diameter. They all form at exactly the same time and are near instant. The moment they form, ropes of Keigoku come out and snare you, preventing you from moving as well as dealng you a great deal as damage as they contact you. As the first eight ropes bind you, one last portal opens just in front of you and completes the bind, and dealing around the same damage as being hit with an F rank technique.

As his opponent begins to goes upward in order to avoid the lightning, Broly simply makes three handseals (this is done before the wind blade). This causes the Keigoku from all of the lightning to immediately shoot up towards Leonardo. They would be mere inches away, if that, at the time due to Broly doing this so quickly. -Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
The burst takes him forwards and a bit closer to the ground. As that happens, he notices 8 small portals that start forming around him. Without even wasting time to think, he summons a Coatrischie around him, huge enough to cover him from all sides, enveloping him entirely in its body. With Leonardo covered from all sides, Coatrischie moves forward, passing through the small portal, to take Leo out of the technique's range, and thereby taking the damage.

Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. The opponent would be unable to move around with his legs being covered in mud. Now this is not what they were primiraly made for. These mud snakes when they come in contact with the user's skin, it tries to enter the user's body through the pores of the skin. Tiny molecules of this mud enter the body and starts disintegrating the flesh by destroying the cells. But since it is a slow process, it takes 2 turns to actually destroy a limb.
- Single turn of exposure will cause the limb to be filled with mud, making it heavy, causing minor damages.
- This jutsu does not differentiate between allies and enemies.

Leonardo replied jokingly. But he knew Broly was right. He was indeed running too much. It was time to turn the battle back to his side. So when Leonardo notices the formation of lightening needles, he quickly summons his box - Mamaragan right in front of him that would actually suck the lightening and the keigoku in it. Leonardo knowing the fact that the needles have been through the portal, keeps his distance from Mamaragan as he knows what happened to Coatrischie. For Broly, it would just seem like the lightening has hit him, and so it would be unlikely that he would change his move.

He releases a fast wave of venom as it overpowers Broly's mind, showing him images of his death and torture, as it automatically absorbs the lightening blast, and turning more violent. Broly would be paralyzed and left vulnerable to Leonardo's attacks, as Mamaragan flies towards Broly while opening its long tentacles to wrap around him and bind him. As this happens (at the same time), Leonardo turns the ground under Broly to muddy swamp, that would pull him down into the earth, before suffocating him to death and completely making him unable to move.

Description: Haka stands as an enhanced form of Killing Intent (Sakki). Works in all manners exactly like it, overpowering one's mind and paralyzing the targets with images of their death and torture, with the exception of one simply thing. Along with the chakra, the user secretes a fast wave of venom in it's gaseous state. This chakra-modified venom focuses solely the secondary effect of Irukandji syndrome, from the venom used by a certain specie of box jellyfishes, which is a sense of impending doom. While the Killing intent is chakra based only, thus easily overpowered by will alone, if the opponents are as strong as the user, Haka creates an added physical and physiological response to it, preventing even targets as strong or stronger than the user to break it by will as easily, having them suffer the same paralysis as if they were 2 ranks bellow.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Leonardo replied jokingly. But he knew Broly was right. He was indeed running too much. It was time to turn the battle back to his side. So when Leonardo notices the formation of lightening needles, he quickly summons his box - Mamaragan right in front of him that would actually suck the lightening and the keigoku in it. Leonardo knowing the fact that the needles have been through the portal, keeps his distance from Mamaragan as he knows what happened to Coatrischie. For Broly, it would just seem like the lightening has hit him, and so it would be unlikely that he would change his move.

Flash, your counter is incorrect for several reasons. For one, you are attempting to reword the quite clear abilities of Keigoku and it's relation to Summonings. As you can see in the quote below, Keigoku doesn't make a summoning attack whatever is in front of it.

Special Abilities:
The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master.
This clearly means that should Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will instead attack it's summoner and not it's summoner's opponent, meaning your entire move would fail as it's based on the assumption that the Summoning will attack Broly. As the Summoning would attack you who is in short range, you'd take damage from said attack of Summoning and then the summoning would disperse as your control over it is deemed insufficient to actually control it. You would then be paralyzed via effect of the Summoning attacking you (a B rank paralysis as deemed per Box description) and would be falling back towards the earth for the beginning of Broly's attack.
