No stomping here really. It all depends if deva has the time to go all out with chibaku tensei and such. I doubt any other path would give her that much problems.

If Pein decides not to CT at the beginning he could lose.

It is not a stomp because Pain wouldn't take her seriously. Tsunade may be able to beat some of the weaker paths ( with full intel of course ) but when Deva decides to join the battle, she is screwed.

Tsunade has no chance. Deva uses Bansho Tenin while the other Paths attack her with Chakra rods in the back. With the Rinnegan's Chakra flowing through Tsunade's body, Pain will easily kill her.

from a plot view : remember Pain attacked the leaf knowing who's Hokage, he also knows Tsunade yet never made any special plans/prepared to face her.

close range combat/regeneration are not enough to even give Pain a challenge.

- a small army of summons ( the chameleon and the dog can cause problems even for Tsunade )
- guns
- Human path can absorb her soul
- As long as Naraka is there, he can resurrect the others paths
- better speed and reflexes due to the shared vision
- Preta can absorb her chakra

+ they simply outnumber her.

Umm, no. Kishimoto stated in an interview that he originally wanted Tsunade to fight against Pain and be the one to land the first hits.
The other people who have a say what happens in the manga(what were they called again :| ) told him not to do so and hurry the return of Naruto.

So, Kishimoto think Tsunade could've stood a chance.

EVERY Tsunade fight there is someone trying to justify as to how she wins fights that she clearly cant win. She has NO counter for cerebrus so Animal path can pretty much solo. If she tries to touch any other path they all flock her and utterly abuse her.

Well, that is the case. That was what Kishimoto originally wanted, but was told to do otherwise.
Pain has never been concerned facing anyone and I'd say that's one of his greatest flaws. He underestimates his enemies.

- Preta can absorb her chakra What good will that do when Tsunade doesn't rely on ninjutsu? He'd need to grab Tsunade if he'd like to deplete her chakra pool.

- Katsuyu can trap the dog in her body then reverse summon it to the Shikotsu forest
- Tsunade can use ransinhso to paralyze it
- She can break itsi bones with her kicks and punches
- She can simply ignore it and go after the animal path and defeat her
