Kaguya is going to get a full hit from Sasuke next chapter.

She already started to grow her chakra cloak to defend it. Will it end up being closer to Indra's Susanoo or to Ashura's Bijuu Mode?

It does not have to be anything close to Susano/Bijuu mode, anyway.

She can just grab Sasuke's sword with a chakra arm. She can create a shield out of it. Endless possibilities, since what Kaguya thinks, she creates. Imagination rules.

It has always been chakra, its formed when chakra is released from everywhere in the body and takes a form.

And Kaguya almost killed Sasuke with that hair byakugan attack in last chapter, since Sasuke couldn't mold chakra properly to save himself from the lava and perform a full Susanoo.

If you look carefully you will see that there is also a point on Kaguya's hands of chakra , that is a similarity with Naruto's cloak.

Its chakra, just like Naruto's kyuubi cloak. There isnt much else to explain or imagine.

Susano'o is clearly chakra.

What do you think Onoki meant when he stated (about Madara's PS), "The big one's chakra stabilized!"

People thought Rinbo was a form of ST back when it was first shown because it seemed to resemble it. And Indra's eyes are a Mangekyō; whether it be MS or a first EMS is neither here or there.
