I didn't say he wasnt. The point I am trying to make is Naruto HASN'T used his Yin power beside's healing Gai and Kakashi's eye. He used the other bijuu's power for the other elements. This shroud is no different. Naruto doesn't have just Yin Chakra, it makes no sense. The Rikudou Senjutsu would be considered the Yin of the Sennin's powers, but Naruto could use the enlarge cloak arms BEFORE Rikudou Senjutsu. We are getting off topic though, I'm gonna stop.

I thought the reason why naruto and minato were able to use the 9 tails in that way was because of the seals they used, not because of being transmigrants, the same seal ashura used and its quite obvious he was a jin.

Possible doesn't mean obvious.
I don't agree that it is obvious that Ashura was a jin.
We never saw Ashura use seals.
