You just created pure conjecture, Kaguya didn't say anything about him, Black Zetsu did, and what he made was a comparison, not some worshipping compliment. How can he be underrated when he had no feats? That makes no sense.

OT: I agree with this, Obito definitely doesn't get the respect he deserves and honestly when it comes down to it He's the most broken character in the series. Kishi made it so he couldn't use kamui yet maddy style kakashis eye and used it no problem. It was obvious that he did that so everyone else could win. His juubi sized katon also gets little mention but I honestly think he's the most impressive uchiha

Zetsu also stated that amaterasu was the strongest ninjutsu. It clearly isn't. Stop treating character statements as completely infallible. Everyone should have learnt by now, no weapon or jutsu actually is invincible in this manga.
