Are you implying that will do any damage? Are you implying Darui cannot dodge such a technique?
Explain please, are you saying near featless part 2 Neji can keep up with someone of Darui's level?
-Extreme speed as showcased against Gin and Kin. Kept up with Ay v1 even though he's carrying a massive sword.
-Strength was noted to be insane by Suigetsu who was on par with Juugo. He stated he would have no arms had he not been capable of liquefying after Darui cut right through his sword.
-Massive range advantage, literally, massssive. In addition to this, one strike on Darui's part is lethal, one strike on Neji's is not.
-Showcased crazy intelligence against Kin and Gin. One of the army generals proves experience and maturity.
-Neji's rotation got outsped by wood sticks that come at different intervals. Darui's Ranton can do the same thing on a massive scale. (may be wrong doe)
-Suiton followed by Raiton (or black lightning) as showcased against Sasuke ends. Unless one of you can claim Neji will be spinning while out of control of his own movement.
-Darui was shown to have extreme reserves since he fought Gin and Kin in addition to using the sacred spiritual weapons on several occasions. Neji gets outlasted.
All in all, Neji is not beyond Darui in any factor bar plausibly intelligence, which won't necessarily mean much.
It is about stating an opinion i don't say anything against people who stated something different than me and i have no intention to debate it for now.
I have reasons to believe why Neji can win this. Not everyone has to make texts over their opinions.

Lol i never said i was right nor i was trying to prove anyone wrong.
I simply stated my opinion on who would be the victor. If my opinion on which manga character beats other might be incorrect for someone else...well okay then.
