as your clone reaches into the water it electocutes him and he disperses
and so does your other clone and you are also electrocuted as you never stopped by clones from running the Chō Biburāto Raiton ( Lightning Style: Super Vibrating Lightning) into the water and by now it has reached you.

you flood the field as i make clones
i do nothing while you make your clones and as you throw your kunai i cut them with my vibrating raiton as my clones run it through the water. there was no delay.
your clone then sticks its hands in the water only to find out that the nagashi you thought was your own isnt. and you are all electrocuted.

No dude.. If you make clones as I flood, your breaking the time frame.. I flood, then you make clones, then I make clones and make them throw kunai, then you cut the kunai, then I use tentacle to catch you, your caught, so you cant move, so I make my next move.

What part of "Catching you by surprise" dont you understand? As you are looking down, on me and Iseris batteling, theres a tornado comming down from the sky, if you look up and notice the tornado, the fire hits you, if you see the fire, the tornado hits you, remember I used both jutsus at the same time.. I would have rasengan ready before you could even do your first move, I got 3 clones, so I did all 3 jutsus at the same time... But if you would like, Ill reply to your invalid move.

this is the time frame rule that everyone quotes. i can move at the same time as you i just cant block your whole move with one jutsu.
The time frame rules said that you could use a jutsu to defend against the opponents first attack(jutsu), but you can use a jutsu a the same time or before the opponents first attack, cause then its you attacking first... Just make your move, you never said you did it at the same time so.

Tornado that spins clouds for heavens sake, coming down on top of me......YOu would have to be retarded for a tornado to come down on top of you and you not notice(they do make noise)

ok, you covered the entire field with water. that will take longer than for me to put my fingers together and poof up two clones. think about how fast naruto makes clones.
you have to materialize enough water to cover the feild and i have to toucch my fingers together. A seconds head start wont really matter if my jutsu is twice as fast as yours.
so i'll reword it to "as i see the water materialize"
