In today's chapter it looked as though sasuke used shunshin no jutsu and not teleportation.

Either way I don't see what the big deal is, they are both extremely fast as hell when it comes to movement/food speed, I still would say naruto has the advantage in that department due to possessing the physical body etc but when we factor in sasuke's teleportation obviously he essentially takes the speed trophy.

But honestly without a doubt I think it's safe to say logically naruto would be faster normal foot speed movement than sasuke. But sasuke's teleportation gives him the edge thus closing the gap.

Sorry Prince I'm gonna have to disagree with you. Hashirama was stronger physically than madara but it seemed easy to comprehend who was the speedster out of the two. How you interpret the manga is fine but when you look at feats Sasuke has trumped Naruto.

no he wasnt. it was clearly stated in the manga. madara had moved out of his range and sasuke realized it hence he had to catch to him with speed. madara used full speed to get out of there, sasuke didnt pursue him immediately, madara implants kakashis eye turns around only to find sasuke near him. sasuke covered it in a short amount of time

It not an excuse. There is a huge difference between attacking someone from the front and attacking them from their blind spot. I have noticed that since Sasuke gain his S/T jutsu a huge part of Sasuke tactics has focus on the element of surprise. His S/T jutsu allows him to swap people and objects locations within a certain range. That catches Sasuke's targets by surprise.

Naruto faced Ei at his fastest speed yet still felt the need to compared Ei to his father. That tells us their speeds are similar. Naruto was able to evade and hit the 3rd raikage.

That was different case. Hashiramas main strenght was his Mokuton. Narutos are powerful mods that upgrade his physical abilities along with Ninjutsu. Although Hashirama had SM, you cant compare that to Narutos set of power ups.
