64 palsm, air palm, rotation, and lion fists are all listed as kekkai genki, so it still counts.

And even if it doesn't count, all sharingan has is precognition, which is the equivalent of the byakugan's sensory, it has genjutsu resistance, like bykaigan, and see cgakra flow and colour like Byakugan. The only two things it has above Byakugan is genjutsu, which wouldn't even work on a Byakugan user, and copying abilities, and no Uchiha has even been shown to be even decent with this skill.

Byakugan has more abilities than base sharingan, and if part 1 Neji fought part 1 sasuke, he'd when, even kakshi said this

Im not saying she should be Weak, im saying she is the strongest being in NV its boring to watch planet busters imo, little room for strategy, and thinking
