To turn teh water into wortex That guards me and my clones from your attack and you just electrified it. After it I shoot it back to you to harm you or atleast break that Rampart with electrified water. After it My clone 1 uses:

how come is it full of water If I lauched it all on your plateau and it split on small ponds around your tower.... I made enough water with baku shuishouha for one water jutsu and used it all on tornado.... O_O
that jutsu is the one 2nd Hokage uses if im not mistaken, it summons water, and it turns the terrain on water basically. And your tornado is C-rank, you cant use all of your water on a c-rank water jutus -.-
