Kisame or Orochimaru

I think Orochimaru takes this. His biggest weakness is apparently a Sharingan. As for Itachi and Kisame tying, I find it hard to believe a healthy Itachi, like the one who got Orochimaru so easily, would ever tie if he actually intended to kill Kisame. So that comparison is moot.
it'd be a tough fight for sure, but I can't see Kisame winning.

That Itachi vs Kisame fight was inaccurate. There is no way Kisame can read Itachi's movements and there is no way he can rival him in taijutsu.

Konan needs a few years to prepare her jutsu AND is bound to a specific location if she wants to use it. This is where it gets tricky.
Edo Tensei is Oro's fighting style, just like Kiba needed to raise his dog to make him useful, Shino needed his bugs and so on...

You have a point... but still using other people's strenght seems more like a handicap then anything.... but oh well

Itachi beat him with a genjutsu , Kisame has no Genjutsu. Orochimaru is virtually immortal to physical attacks. In what world could Kisame beat him?

Orochimaru with a Zetsu body wins with low difficulty.
