To use Edo Tensei you need preparation time, if we counted that we should count Konan's jutsu in her fights as well...

1st Itachi vs Kisame is filler
2nd Itachi didnt use genjustu against Kisame like against Oro(they were just toying not fighting)
and even if they fought for real it still means nothing bc Sharingan is Oro's weakness not Kisame's

Wrong. You prepare Edo once and you carry them with yourself in coffins. The same way Tenten and Minato prepare their kunai and is it called prep? Nope.

killing oro i one of the hardest thing in naruto, kisame is a bijuu hunter
but remember oro in his worst state was kinda playing with 4tails Kyuubi

Konan needs a few years to prepare her jutsu AND is bound to a specific location if she wants to use it. This is where it gets tricky.
Edo Tensei is Oro's fighting style, just like Kiba needed to raise his dog to make him useful, Shino needed his bugs and so on...
